CAS(E) this Sketch #196

Good morning everyone!  We have a special challenge for you this week and we hope you'll have a chance to play along.  I'll tell you more about it after I show off the sketch and the card our amazing guest designer created!  Here's the sketch:

Our guest designer this week is the AMAZING Lisa Addesa.  I'm assuming most of you have checked out her blog, I'm in Haven, once or twice before but if you haven't, you must check it out.  I've been enjoying Lisa's creations for years and she never ceases to amaze me with her clean and simple style.  Her cards are crisp and sharp and really grab your eye.  I can pick out a Lisa card from a mile away and I always want to know how she does it.  We are super lucky to have her join us this week and I know you'll love her take on the sketch!  Thanks, Lisa!

Just to show you how amazing our guest designer this week is, here's a card she made once she found out about the awesome CAS(E) for the Cause idea we have going on this week.  I didn't want to throw a wrench in her card making plans since I had already sent her the sketch and info before we decided to take on this noble cause and I didn't want her to have to rework a card she may have already made but lucky me, she actually created this adorable card that fits with our theme too.  I'm telling you, Lisa is AWESOME!  Here it is:

Isn't that awesome!!  LOVE IT!  Now, here's where things get interesting.  This week's challenge is a little special.  I was contacted by Karen of Feline Creative about possibly joining her in creating cards for a local animal shelter.  The team and I thought that would be absolutely awesome so we decided to open it up to all of you as well.  So, this week's sketch is going to be our first CAS(E) for a Cause!

Now, it is not required that you participate in our CAS(E) for the Cause to play along with our challenge.  You are more than welcome to just use the sketch and enter your card as normal.  All cards will be considered for the win.  However, if you feel so inclined, we'd love to have you join in the fun.  Here's a few details about the CAS(E) and you can visit Karen to read more.
